A feeling of excitement punctured the morning fatigue at the annual frosh breakfast held in the Bronfman basement yesterday.  First-years reflected on their first day of frosh while cheering long into the morning event.

“Frosh creates a kind of mood – around campus and around the city – that results in a good feeling,” states U1 student, Matthieu Charriaud.  This echoed the overall sentiment of first years who raved about the inclusiveness of the day’s events and the high spirit of their frosh leaders.  “We have had so much fun, especially because we have such enthusiastic frosh leaders,” states Sophia Sunderji, U0 Management.

As breakfast was served, the frosh-group bonds from the previous night were evident. “We definitely have the best group,” declared Laurence Oullette-Lefelovre.  She continues, “We have great frosh leaders, there is always beer, and the games have been fun.”

When asked about their favourite aspect of frosh, most students did not focus on the constant flow of Boreale.  “Just getting to know more people in the faculty has been great,” said Morgane Le Beguet, U0 Management.

Most of the first-year students agreed that frosh was suitable for everyone.  “Nobody made us do anything we didn’t want to do,” stated Yi Hui Xiang, U0 Management.

With a tremendous turnout the morning after the Pub Crawl, Management students proved yet again that they can uphold the mantra “work hard, party hard” – and that they can do it in superhero style.
