I recently rediscovered the compelling power of an ethos.
Professor Dror Etizion showed us this YouTube video on “Nike Considered Design” during his Social Context of Business lecture. Check it out:
“A shoe can’t change the world, but an ethos can.” – Nike’s Considered, promoting its closed loop design mindset among employees, particularly designers to readily innovate as they are all given a model with a set of constraints.
